It benefits from a very calm environment with large furnished and covered terrace (south / east orientation) benefiting from views overlooking the basin and a south / west oriented terrace with heated swimming pool.
Access to the ocean is direct on foot or by bicycle by cycle path and the shops of the village of Canon are only 5 minutes by bicycle.The magnificent oyster port of Piraillan with its oyster tasting huts is only a 5-minute walk away. The daily summer market in Piraillan is a 2-minute walk away.
The single storey interior consists of a large living room of 80m2 with fireplace and fully equipped American kitchen. The lounge area is furnished with a convertible sofa (sleeps 2) with coffee table and plasma screen. The dining area has a dining table that can seat 12 people. This very bright main room gives direct access to the terrace covered by large bay windows.
The second part of the ground floor includes 4 bedrooms with 4 independent bathrooms and 2 toilets. An attic floor is equipped for 5 additional beds including a small independent bedroom and a children's dormitory. Direct access to the pool terrace is from the bedroom side through the main entrance door. The basement includes a cellar and a large garage with bikes.
The locality
Piraillan is one of the many villages of oyster farmers that follow one another all along the peninsula of Cap Ferret.
This charming fishing village is often less crowded than the center of Cap Ferret.Its oyster huts on the edges of the basin make it an ideal place for tasting oysters with friends.
Its daily market in summer season is there to supply you with local and seasonal products and the nature reserve, opposite the port, is also a major asset of Piraillan.
