If you're a fisherman, you'll appreciate the 8-hectare private pond outside the property (70m), with confidential but not private access. You can fish for roach, carp, perch, pike and even eels. Fishing licence offered. The no-kill pond offers large, open spaces ideal for long casts. You can also use the rowing boat to ply the water. A fishing cabin is available, as well as an outdoor sink, barbecue, garden furniture and recliners.
This charming, detached stone house has a private terrace overlooking a wooded site that's not overlooked. Fibre optic WIFI access throughout.
Ground floor: a large living-dining room (36m²) with a fully-equipped kitchen area featuring dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, electric oven, induction hob, plancha. A living-dining area with 110cm TNTSAT TV, sofa and armchairs. Separate WC in a very spacious shower room (L. linen).
