This 5/6 bedroom villa is a large family home which is set up and maintained with relaxed comfort in mind. Just a few minutes by car or bus to Central Cannes and the beaches which are 2kms away.
The Villa is set up on 2 levels:
Downstairs you have a large and fully equipped kitchen, two sitting areas, a dining table for 8, a pool table and a table football.
These are all level with the garden, terrace with a large table and chairs for 12, mini golf area and swimming pool.
There is also a bedroom with twin beds (which can also be set up as a double bed) and an en-suite shower room, there is also a guest toilet downstairs.
Upstairs there is a large landing which leads to all the bedrooms, here we have 5 rooms:
The master bedroom with a double bed, a nice en-suite bathroom and wc and access to a lovely terrace overlooking the garden and pool.
A second spacious bedroom with a double bed, an en-suite shower and washbasin.
A third very spacious bedroom with twin beds (which can also be set up as a double bed as in the photos) and an en-suite shower room and wc.

A spacious office with a single bed, a desk and chair and access to the terrace overlooking the garden and pool area.

The garden is very well maintained, has a nice lawn area, a mini golf, a petanque field and a swimming pool.
There is parking for up to 3 cars.
All the bedrooms are air conditioned and the villa is equipped with wifi. Most of the bedrooms have a large TV and there is one in the living room also.
