Recently renovated (August 2006) detached eco-friendly house for 4 people, preferably with a pet, built with earthen walls, a bio-heating system, and wooden floors (wenge, bamboo, and floorboards) featuring high-quality furnishings in a modern design. Private water source. Wonderful atmosphere, surrounded by the mountains and lakes of Carinthia. 2 bedrooms, a spacious living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, designer furniture, a fireplace, 2 modern bathrooms, and a large sun terrace overlooking the lake. Also wonderful in winter with ice skating, curling, etc. A paradise for skiing and golf, as well as an ideal cycling destination; there are 5 lakes nearby and the wellness paradise of Bad Kleinkirchheim (about 10 km away). Tennis court about 500 m away. Starting at 80 euros/day (for 2 people), including bed linens, table linens, and terry towels, final cleaning (50 euros), and tourist tax.
