Easy access to Antibes Old Town and 5 miles (8km) to Cannes. Bedroom 1 - double bed with ensuite shower room and WC , TV with DVD inbuilt along bluetooth speaker for listening to your own music, door to patio. Bedroom 2 - 2 beds (use as twin or king - 1.80m), alarm clock radio and door to garden. There is a sofa bed in the living room. Large open plan living room with integrated kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with a breakfast bar and includes a dishwasher and microwave. There is a dining table. There is a large screen LCD Smart TV with DVD/Blueray player. The soundbar links to the TV and can also operate as a Bluetooth speaker to use with your own devices. There is a washing machine and tumble dryer in a separate hallway cupboard. The second bathroom includes a bath with shower, sink and WC. There is an outdoor dining table with seating for 6 along with a separate decked area with seating and large sun umbrella. Juan les Pins is situated between Cannes and Nice and 14km from Nice Cote d'Azur International Airport. You will find beautiful beaches, good nightlife, restaurants, a nice old town (Antibes) and a beautiful marina. Many watersports are available at the various beaches: waterskiing, parascending, diving. The famous annual jazz festival is held in Juan-Les-Pins each July. The neighbouring town of Antibes has a daily food market and several museums and galleries. You will also find some great bars, restaurants, cafes and boutique shops.
 There is easy access by road or rail to the nearby towns of Cannes, Nice, Monaco and beyond into Italy. The themeparks of Antibesland and Marineland are great days out for children of all ages and are situated in nearby Biot.
