The ground floor features a living room, dining area, well-equipped kitchen, guest toilet, laundry room, two bedrooms with double beds, and a bathroom. Enjoy an additional sitting area in the porch. Upstairs, two more bedrooms with double beds, a bathroom, and a separate toilet await you. The entire house is air-conditioned.
Set on a 2,600 sqm enclosed plot, the landscaped garden and boules court offer a serene retreat. Numerous terraces boast a summer kitchen, a spacious dining table, a summer lounge, sunbeds, a charcoal BBQ, and a gas plancha. The secure 10mx4m pool can be heated upon request, with costs based on electricity consumption. The poolhouse includes a toilet and a shower.
