Comfortable, wheelchair-accessible little holiday house with a garden, completely enclosed, with wireless Internet access available and a sauna for relaxingYour accommodation is on a street in the Bézaudun les Alpes municipality, which is on a cliff, is easily accessible from the coast and is known as a pristine little maritime Alpine locality.The little light-flooded, cosy holiday house consists of a living room with a kitchen niche (two cooking rings, coffee machine, fridge, microwave, kettle, glasses and crockery) and a sitting corner for two people. It also has a CD player, flat-screen TV and a stereo system. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (160 x 200cm). The bathroom is barrier-free and has a shower, washbasin, sauna, WC and window. All the rooms are at ground level with electric radiators.There is a big garden (800m²) with deckchairs and a grill, ideal for a few quiet and independent holiday days, on an enclosed and easily accessible site with parking space. Your four-legged friends are welcome.There is a sauna for relaxing and wireless Internet access is available throughout the house.The hiking trails in front of the door are recommended for dog owners. They are a paradise for hikers and nature and animal lovers. The Côte d'Azur is world famous for its turquoise water and millions of people sun themselves on its beaches every year. However, it also has another side: the quiet, almost untouched, endlessly vast inland area, just a 30-minute drive from the Mediterranean. In summer you can enjoy the in some cases rare and protected flora and fauna, the many ancient villages in the neighbourhood, and of course the Mediterranean coast. It is also worth going on a trip to Monaco and Italy. Immerse yourself in the holiday hustle and bustle on the Côte d'Azur, plunge into the Mediterranean Sea and then relax in the evening from the heat and busy day in this fresh and peaceful oasis. In the autumn, the forests invite you to gather mushrooms. The beauty of the foothills of the Maritime Alps is ideal for relaxing at any time of year. In winter, the ski resort of Gréolière les Neiges just 25km away awaits you, the only one in Europe with a fabulous view of the Mediterranean Sea. Coursegoules, a four-minute drive away, is a small, medieval, Provence village with views of the coast, the sea and the hiking trails in the mountains of the Côte d'Azur. Places such as Nice, Saint Paul de Vence, Cannes, Vence and Monte Carlo are easy to get to, as well as Italy 70km away. Ludovic Gouret, who has been a dedicated sommelier for over 20 years and was the winner of the "Best Sommelier of Provence/ Côte d'Azur 2004", is happy to provide advice for wine tasting.
