You’ll be able to explore the French Riviera, the Verdon and Sainte Baume Regional Parks, the charm of the provencal landscapes and villages in the Var department.

This architect house of 140m2 (1500sq ft) was built in 2013 on one level, with a land size of 1500m2 (16145 sq ft) unoverlooked, in a quiet residential area. Optimal for 6 adults, but a convertible sofa in the living-room may provide extra bedding for two persons.
Close to shops (bakery, butcher’s, chemist’s and supermarket are within a 5-minute drive) and shopping centers (Grand Var and Avenue 83 are within a 10-minute drive). You can also access La Castille wine estate park on foot (just 21 yards from the house!) to have a walk through the vineyards or take your children to the tree top adventure park (“Accrobranche Ecopark Adventures”) and enjoy a picnic there.
The house contains a vast living room with an open kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 separate toilets. All the rooms are equipped with large bay windows which open on the garden and swimming-pool.
Detailed description :
- In the large living room (65m2 – 700sq ft), the kitchen is equipped with an American fridge, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a coffee machine (Nespresso), a blender etc.
- The first bedroom contains a new double bed (140*190 – 55in*75in) of quality and a desk.
- The second bedroom also contains a double bed (140*190 – 55in*75in) of quality and a wardrobe.
- The master suite (with private bathroom and separate toilet) offers a king-size bed (180*200 – 71in*79in) and a dressing room.
- The long corridor will provide you with spacious closets.
- The two bathrooms are identical and each includes a large Italian shower and a double washbasin cabinet.
- Equipment also available: washing-machine and tumble dryer.
In the beautiful garden – planted with numerous varieties of fruit trees, you will find:
- A swimming-pool (12m*3m – 13yd*3.2yd and 1.35m deep – 4.42ft deep) which is secured (with an alarm and a security fence) to ensure the parents’ peace of mind. If you don’t have any children, this fence can be entirely removed to enjoy an unobstructed view.
- A wooden terrace equipped with a large round table, a comfortable garden salon and a Weber barbecue.
- For your entertainment, we are happy to put at your disposal a tennis table, a large trampoline (3.6m – 11.8ft), a swing and of course a pétanque ground.
Air-conditioning will be installed for summer 2020.
