Summary: In my first room (119) the air-con did not work, the desk seat was broken and desk lamp faulty. They changed my room to 511, here the TV had a fault and I could not charge my shaver as the shaver socket on the hair dryer did not work. Outside there was rubbish that did not get cleared up for the Friday to Monday for my stay.
