Positive: location, nature, quiet, atmosphere, a lot of space, comfortable beds

Negative: many things are broken, need renovation of showers/wc, heaters, chairs,... the place also requires a thorough cleaning. Having a nice view from the window blurred by poorly cleaned glass is annoying. The sound isolation between the rooms is very poor.
