The Étang du Ravoir (Ravoir Pond) is a unique site that shelters the Osprey Nature Reserve on its banks, complete with nests and an observation point. Ouzouer-sur-Loire offers walkers, horseback riders, and cyclists numerous trails, as well as a fitness trail.
The cottage is just 200 m from a supermarket, 500 m from the Cosson pond, 3 km from Dampierre-en-Burly (castle), 7 km from a water park (with a water play area, splash pad, and water slides), 10 km from Sully-sur-Loire and its castle, and 15 km from Gien and its castle.
