Positive: Location was great. Most staff was very kind and professional. The site is unique and architecturally interesting.

Negative: I need to pump milk for my new baby while traveling. They were able to store in the freezer, but they had a very difficult time finding it and it came out stinking of fish. The Spa facilities were unimpressive. The shower leaked water all over the floor. I

Summary: I expected better of a 5 star hotel.
