This is our family apartment we rent when we are not there. Fully renovated apartment in a residence with lift ODALYS town in Courchevel 1550.
This is not only dedicated to an apartment rental and it contains all the elements of comfort of a second home.
It is located at the foot of the trail of intrigue (red track) that overlooks the praz Courchevel (1300m). 20 meter walk to access the track and back on skis.
It measures 30m2 with a small balcony overlooking the mountains / forests (no car noise, very quiet).
Free shuttles to the foot of the building will allow you to reach the village (800m walk if either maximum 10 minutes walking). Less than 10 minutes from Aquamotion new aquatic center.
It is conveniently rented for 4 people but has 6 beds: 1 double bedroom (2 single beds but grouped into a double bed), alcove (2 bunk beds with standards especially for children) and 2 sleeping in the living room (pine bench with Trundle, equivalent to a bed 2 places). Dishwasher, microwave / oven + electric cooker + coffee machine + toaster + + melted raclette device + TV (Freeview channels) + iphone docking station (radio / alarm).
A ski closet is located at the entrance of the building.
