It’s a wonderful house with views that invite you to unwind from the hustle and bustle of the city, located near the center of Puigcerdà, at the foot of the mountain, and very close to the ski slopes. Ideal for a special weekend or a few weeks of vacation.
It’s a spectacular spot for hiking, horseback riding, or simply lying back and enjoying the peace and quiet that comes from being surrounded by nature.
The Space
It’s a beautiful two-story house. On the upper floor, where the entrance is located, you’ll find the dining room, the open kitchen, the living room, and the game area, where you’ll find the pool table.
The dining room features a solid-wood table that seats 10 people and offers some truly special views.
In the living room, there’s a freestanding fireplace that we’ve stocked with some firewood so you can start a fire and enjoy a movie by the fire.
A staircase leads to the lower level, where all the bedrooms are located, arranged as follows:
- Bedroom 1: Master suite with en suite bathroom (with a bathtub), a 2x2-meter king-size bed, and views of the garden.
- Bedroom 2: Single room with a single bed (90x190) to which an extra bed of the same size and height can be added.
- Bedroom 3: Room with two single bunk beds (90x190) equipped with fall protection, to which an extra bed with the same specifications and at the same height can be added.
Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a bathroom with a newly renovated shower.
The house is a 10- to 15-minute drive from the La Masella and La Molina ski slopes; it is tastefully decorated, features a very large shared front yard and a private backyard, parking, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
