Summary: La Bonne Mère "🙂 - The apartment manager who welcomed us was really kind, she allowed us to drop our luggages before check-in time, we very much appreciated it. In general communication of how to pick up keys, etc. was very clear and helpful. - The location is really great, close to the Port (lots of transport) and with a great bakery and restaurants below. It is at the top of a hill though! So lots of exercise as soon as you leave the flat. 🙁 Flat in general in a lot of need of a DEEP cleaning, maintenance and care. - Cleaning: The cleaning was very superficial, I had to go to the supermarket and buy disposable cleaning wipes because I didn't feel like it was well cleaned. The have a huge hoover but didn't leave us a broom either to clean the floor during our stay. - Comfort: The mattress is really bad, we had back aches from the first night and dreaded going to sleep. Same with the pillows which are I imagine the cheapest Ikea pillows you can find. - Lack of maintenace in general: parts of the floors were broken, aircon was dripping, the toilet seat wasn't well fixed and moving, the main lightbulb in the bathroom had stopped working."
