On the ground level, with separate entrances from the terrace, you'll find bedrooms 3 and 4, each with a double bed, a bathroom with shower and washbasin, and a separate toilet.
The guest house (studio) on the right side is completely separate, offering a spacious sitting room with a comfortable sofa bed, a dining room, an equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with washbasin and shower, and a separate toilet.
The 5,000 sqm enclosed domain with an automatic gate features beautifully landscaped gardens, various terraces, and a covered terrace near the living room with a large dining table and a gas BBQ.
