The estate is surrounded by three golf courses; indoor and uncovered tennis courts are 800m away as well as a squash court. The horse club is 300m away; the casino 1.5 km.
Bike paths start right out of the domain.
The villa with its 110m2 comprises a ground floor with 2 bedrooms, living room, living room and fully equipped American kitchen.
