You'll be staying at "Mas sous les Pins", set in 7,000 m² of grounds, part of which is in the pine forest and benefits from the coolness of the pines in summer, and a large orchard. The grounds are fully fenced, and the Mas is in absolute peace and quiet. It comprises six bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen opening onto the living room, a sitting room and an office/games area. Four of the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, are on the first floor and all open onto a terrace with garden furniture. Two bedrooms are on the first floor and share a bathroom with toilet. Following the photos of the house, we have provided plans of the house to enable you to visualize its layout. The swimming pool is surrounded by a large travertine deck, with sun loungers arranged around it, heated by a heat pump, and shaded by parasols or the natural shade of pine trees if required. The house has a north-facing terrace and a large south-facing terrace, both of which are equipped with breakfast furniture. From the large terrace, you can enjoy the view over Bonnieux and Lacoste and the sunset, as well as the lovely view from the pool deck. A car port next to the house allows you to park your car away from the sun. The house is 5 minutes from Roussillon, 5 minutes from Apt, 10 minutes from Bonnieux, 15 minutes from Gordes and Menerbes. From the house, you can take the GR6, which will take you either to Roussillon (approx. 4km trail) or to Gargas (approx. 1.5km trail). The house is on an ochre hill, so you can observe the ochres in the forest that borders the property.
