Come and discover this beautiful 40 m² flat, ideally located only 200 metres from the centre of Le Luc. Not far from Vidauban, Draguignan and Roquebrune-sur-Argens, this pied-à-terre is the ideal place for a stay of up to 4 people.
You will have all the necessary comforts: a bright living room with a lounge and a dining area, a modern and fully equipped kitchenette, a bedroom, a bathroom, as well as a beautiful swimming pool shared by the residents to enjoy a relaxing moment after a day of sightseeing!
Bed linen and towels included. Pets accepted on request.

Located on the ground floor, the accommodation is composed as follows:

- A beautiful and bright living room including a sitting area with a double sofa bed, a coffee table, a TV as well as a dining area with a convivial dining table for up to 4 people.
