At the entrance of the village, the property Le Maunas offers calm and serenity among olive trees
Surrounded by a large garden with many spaces :
- a lovely swimming pool with generous dimensions and its small overhanging bath where you can stay lying or sitting during the "apero" time in the sun, pool house and toilet nearby,
- sunny terraces around the pool,
- Shaded spaces for peace and relaxation
- a dining area near the kitchen and gas barbecue
- a large olive grove to cross to reach the river
- a little river following the border southeast of the land
The garden south between the house and the pool is shaded in summer by the majestic tilleul, providing a nice cool place to live outside far from the big heat of the summer, under the big table welcome you for meals.
The house is divided as follows :
- a large living room - dining room with a fitted-out kitchen open to the dining room - with 2 huge windows and door window opened towards the garden of local plants and flowers and the pool area.
- a mezzanine overlooking the lounge is dedicated to television through which one can access to bedrooms on the 1st floor
- These 2 rooms each have access to the south balcony to reach the garden and swimming pool and share a nice family bathroom and separate toilet.
- On the last level, 3 double bedrooms (1 has access to the garden) share a bathroom with toilet.
- On the ground floor an extra bathroom with separate toilets for your comfort.
Lots of light during all the seasons.
For the winter period, the house is well heated : central heating and fireplace to bring an ideal warm atmosphere to the Christmas holidays !
