The Space:
Welcome to our charming home, a perfect blend of a renovated farmhouse and modern design. Upon entering, a gracious foyer leads to two bedrooms on the left and the living area on the right. The living space features a cozy sitting room with a fireplace and TV, a delightful dining room, and a well-equipped kitchen with a separate cellar. All spaces open to the inviting terrace and garden.
The ground floor also includes a convenient separate toilet and a laundry room with a washer and dryer. With 5 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, our home comfortably accommodates up to 11 guests. Two bedrooms are on the ground floor, and three are on the upper floor, offering various layouts for every preference.
The house is situated on a one-hectare property with a landscaped garden, several terraces, and parking for 3 cars behind an automatic gateway. Enjoy al fresco dining on the covered terrace or relax by the private 12mx6m pool with electronic cover, open from May to October. The pool terrace boasts 6 sunbeds and a parasol, and a pool house with an additional toilet. A boules court and table tennis table in the covered garage offer more recreational options.
For families with little ones, we provide 2 baby cots and 1 high chair. Inside the house, you'll find party games and books for added entertainment. Pets are welcome in the villa, but approval from the owner is required. Kindly submit your request during the booking process.
