Positive: The flat is very conveniently located, very spacious and well appointed. Bedding is really nice. Interaction from owners was very friendly and helpful, with the details about the baker and the supermarket (you should add that on Mondays when the baker is closed, the proxi market does proper bread and pastries while his friend the baker is on rest.

Negative: We really enjoyed our stay, so I am only sharing this in the spirit of helping you improve: The twin bedroom needs a bedside lamp to read with. We would have loved large cups or bowls for breakfast drinks, instead of only tiny espresso cups. Make sure the wifi login info is in the main room. It took us a long time to figure out how to connect, only to find that the little sign with all the details had been moved into a bedroom.
