For a peaceful vacation, we offer a magnificent family villa with Provencal charm, nestled on the heights of Montauroux in a quiet, wooded estate with a panoramic view of Lake Saint-Cassien. It provides a serene holiday experience in complete privacy while being close to major cities.
This spacious villa, spanning over 200 square meters, features a large living/dining room of 80 square meters with a fully equipped modern kitchen open to the living area. It includes various spaces such as a spacious TV corner, a relaxation area with a lake view, a dining area, and ample natural light filtering through numerous French windows along the room.
In the sleeping area, you will find three comfortable bedrooms, all equipped with air conditioning and high-quality bedding.

Bedroom 3: This large 30-square-meter room comprises a bed (140x190) on the ground floor with an adjoining shower room and toilet. A large independent bathroom with a corner bathtub completes the sleeping area.

Guests will have exclusive use of the entire property during their stay. The keys will be provided automatically via a key box from 4pm at the property address.
