Les Avettes is a new luxury residence in central Morzine opposite the Piou Piou Kindergarten and just 2 minutes walk from the Pleney Telecabine. Opposite the residence there is a short button lift which allows you to ski down to the Pleney Telecabine making this apartment almost ski in ski out.
La Marmotte is the perfect apartment on the 3rd floor. It is light and airy with mountain views from large windows. The interior is designed in a chic modern chalet style and the apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay.

The open plan living room has a modern horseshoe kitchen, dining for up to 8 guests and plenty of comfy seating. There is a SMART TV with french channels and UK Freeview channels. There are windows on the south and east sides allowing for plenty of light and views of the surrounding mountains. A patio door leads to outdoor seating on the south facing balcony.
