Positive: Main hotel very nice. Bar area was pleasant and restaurant food was good. Plenty of secure parking. Staff very friendly and helpful. There were free sweets and games for the kids which was a nice touch.

Negative: We stayed in one of the duplex rooms outside the main hotel. The room was clean but had issues. Stairs inside were painted/slippery and steep which was an issue with children especially at night given the kids bed was downstairs and toilet upstairs. Toilet was so small I could barely close the door. We did ask for a room change but the hotel were unable to accommodate due to being fully booked. If I was to book again would make sure it was in the main hotel.

Summary: Hotel with good location for travel to the Alps, Would book again just not in the duplex rooms.
