Once you’ve checked in person, we’ll provide you with digital keys to access the apartment.
⚠️ Lost Keys
If you lose the keys, a penalty of €100 will be charged.

If you unplug the router, you risk being unable to access the apartment.

There is a 50€ surcharge. We accept arrivals until 11:45 PM, but no later.
🚪 Check-out by 10:00 a.m.
In case of a delay, there is an extra charge of €15 for each additional hour.
💸 Late Check-out
Guests who check out after the designated time without authorization will be subject to a penalty through Airbnb.
📜 House Rules
Compliance with the rules is essential to ensuring a pleasant experience for all guests. In the event of serious violations, penalties will be imposed.
