Kitchenette (small refrigerator with freezer, 2 electric hobs, extractor hood, sink, microwave, mini-oven, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster)
- a separate bathroom (shower, sink, toilet).
Outside:
Shared, unfenced grounds with the adjoining studio, but each has its own small private outdoor space with garden furniture and a barbecue. Shared shed with ping-pong table and foosball table. Shared laundry room with washing machine.
Behind the two cottages is an enclosure with animals: a donkey named Léon and some sheep. Fishing is possible in a private pond 800 meters away (carp, roach).
