This lovely 3 bedroom fully air-conditioned villa with private pool and hot tub is only 10 minutes walk from the delightful village of Flayosc. Situated mid way between the Riviera beaches and the Gorges du Verdon, Flayosc is a typically Provençal village with lovely 11th century church, lavoir, hidden squares and fountains and lots of bars and restaurants which spill out into the streets.
This villa is situated in a quiet residential area. It has 1200 square metres of beautifully tended gardens and has parking for a number of cars. The swimming pool area is delightful with comfortable seating, salon de jardin, loungers and barbecue.
The master bedroom has a 160 x 200 double bed, the second bedroom a 140 x 190 double bed and the third bedroom sleeps 3 people - a double 140 x 190 bed with a bunk style single bed above (see photo) In the salon area the L shaped sofa can be transformed into another double bed.
The living area is fully open plan with Amercican style fully equipped kitchen, delightful dining qrea with square table sitting 8 people. The salon looks out over the garden and the covered terrasse. There is a hot tub in the verandah.

The pool area surrounded by Provençal planting is delightful with loungers and a salon du jardin with sofas and coffee table, further seating and a barbecue.
Flayosc is an ideal destination for couples, families or friends holidaying together. There is a wide range of restaurants and bars serving high quality food - many more than is usual in a village of this size and they are open all year round. There are two superettes, two boulangeries, a butcher and a greengrocer and a range of other shops - there is no need to go further afield in search of your everyday needs. The local wine cooperative provides excellent local wines. There is a Monday morning market offering a wide range of foodstuffs and other products and the neighbouring village of Lorgues has a huge market taking over the whole village on a Tuesday morning. Indeed if you a Provençal market fan you will easily find at least one every day in the surrounding villages.
The village offers many walking and cycling opportunities - walking or cycling the EuroVelo 8 cycle track is a delightful way to spend the day. For cyclists the area has many different cycle routes .
