Summary: The house was originally divided into two separate units. On the grounds floor is a bedroom/lounge/diner with a shower room, toilet and washing machine and a larger patio with a table tennis table. On the first floor are 3 bedrooms (two double and one single that can also be extended to a double. There is a separate bathroom and toilet and one of the bedrooms has an en-suite toilet and wash basin. The is a large balcony with BBQ facilities and a washing machine. The kitchen is well equipped. The lounge is large with a nice dining table All-in-all, the house is very quite and comfortable. The is a large garage for off street parking. Bus routes to the city center and the beach are a short walk away as well as a good supermarket and boulangerie. We would recommend the property to any one visiting Perpignon and the surrounding area.
