Situated in the beautiful village of Theil, in the South of the Deux-Sevres department,reknowned for its fields of sunflowers and micro-climate.
This charming traditional French Gite comprises of on the ground floor :- Living/dining area with a wood burner, well equipped kitchen, utility/toilet room.
Stairs lead from the living area to the first floor where there are 4 bedrooms sleeping up to 8 people and two shower rooms.
The Gite is easy accessible by car, or alternatively the region is well served by airports at Poitiers, La Rochelle, Tours and Limoges. Additionally, the Eurostar/TGV operates a service from London St Pancras to Poitiers.
Externally to the front of the property there are 2 lawned areas and a drive with space for two cars. At the rear there is a private garden with a 6.5 metre swimming pool enclosed by a Cypress hedge.

Summary: A fantastic stay, with everything you could need and a really wonderful host. The pictures do not do it justice, the pool is huge and the accommodation comfortable and well stocked. We will be back for sure!
