It is located in Sarlat 600 m (6 minute walk) from the historical heart of the city and 300 m of a large supermarket. This studio is equipped with a modern kitchen comprising all equipment and accessories necessary for its good functioning, as well as a washing machine. The room features a comfortable double bed of 160 cm, an office corner with WiFi and satellite TV, floor heating and refreshing. Bed linen and towels are included in the tariff. This rental has its own parking and is situated on a private wooded property of 3000 m2. The place is perfectly suited for disabled (wheelchair) from parking to the entrance door of the studio, as well as indoors. Our animal friends, unfortunately, are not invited to reside and smokers restricted to smoking outdoors only. Cette location possède son propre parking privé et est situé sur la propriété arborée de 3000 m2.Le lieu est parfaitement adapté pour l'accès d' handicapés (chaise roulante) du parking à la porte d'entrée du studio, ainsi qu'à l'intérieur. Nos amis les animaux ne sont malheureusement pas invités à y résider et les fumeurs contreints de fumer à l'extérieur uniquement. La habitación cuenta con una cama doble de 160 cm, una oficina de la esquina con Wifi y TV vía satélite, calefacción por suelo radiante y refrescante. Ropa de cama y toallas están incluidas en la tarifa. Este tiene su propio aparcamiento privado y está situado en el arbolado propiedad de 3000 m2. El lugar es ideal para personas con discapacidad (silla de ruedas) de aparcamiento a la puerta de entrada al estudio, así como en el interior.
