It has all modern comforts, 3 bedrooms with 6 beds, 2 bathrooms shower and bath, 2 separate toilets, 1 large living room with a bed and a veranda which serves as a dining room and small lounge directly immersed in the garden , American style kitchen. A 4th bedroom with 2 additional beds is available with a supplement.

The linen is provided. Upon arrival we will provide you with all the documentation and information necessary for you to spend the holiday of your dreams. The location is ideally located because while being absolutely quiet, we quickly joined the main roads (penetrating Grasse-Cannes 1.5 km, A8 motorway 10 minutes).
Seasonal rental: We only rent 15 to 30 days a year because this is our main home and we do not leave the announcement on the site but we can put you in contact with former tenants if you want to ask them questions or have their opinion.
