The contemporary villa was built in 2009. Of an area of 170m2, it is composed of a main floor of 130 m2 and an independent studio of 40 m2. In the main part, the entrance is located to the west and opens onto a living / dining room with fireplace and open kitchen equipped with pantry, all of about 50 m2. A large covered terrace to the east opens onto the garden and the pool of 8 m X 4 m. The pool is heated on request (heating costs to be added) and is equipped with an automatic protective shutter. around the pool is equipped with 11 sunbeds. The south terrace opens onto a living space in 2 levels with summer kitchen and outdoor lounge (fully equipped with cushions for more than 10 people). Two rooms to the east of which one with ensuite shower room, open onto the terrace and pool and the third bedroom overlooks the garden. A bathroom and separate toilet serve this space night. The independent studio is located under the terrace, it is composed of a large room with 2 double beds, a bathroom and toilet and a small open kitchen. A large garden with trees not overlooked an area of 1950 m2 invites relaxation.
