Positive: great location, close to the beach and the old town. unreal view from the balcony.

Negative: Not comfortable for a long time because there is very little space. When you sit on the toilet, you lean your head against the door. The biggest minus is NO WASHING MACHINE. It is in an apartment building -1floor and for an additional fee but not in apartament as its written. The ventilation system is quite old, emitting an unpleasant sewer smell.
