It is an exceptional place, composed of several houses completely renovated, luxurious services in an exceptional natural setting.

The village:
Between the Gorges du Verdon and the Côte-d'Azur, at the bottom of an impressive tuff cliff, the colorful facades of Cotignac give this village of artists all its character. Cotignac has been certified Plus Beau Village de France since 2022.
During the summer season there is almost every day a special animation: craft market twice a week, flea market every Sunday, pottery market etc... The Festival Les Toiles du Sud, open-air cinema, the Festival du Théâtre sous les étoiles and other concerts offer their rich and varied programs where everyone can find their pleasure.
The houses:
The first house to rent is called Le Mazet. This house is located in the center of an olive grove. It consists of 3 bedrooms with designer decoration and designer furniture. Each room has an independent entrance, air conditioning, bathroom with toilet, television.
A beautiful living room and kitchen space opens onto a large terrace shaded by a pergola.
The second house, the Bastidon, is a small independent house opening onto a shaded terrace. On the ground floor, a two-room apartment consisting of a bedroom with bathroom and separate WC as well as a dining area and its small kitchen. An additional bedroom upstairs with separate bathroom and WC (separate entrance).
The Bastidon is fully air-conditioned.
Outdoor spaces:
The area is enclosed and secure, far from the road, it ensures peace and quiet.
The Mazet, like the Bastidon, has a shaded area and a dining table for you to rest and have lunch.
With its 15m swimming lane, the swimming pool is is secured by a roller shutter when not in use and you have an outdoor shower. Two day lounges border the swimming pool and invite you to relax.
On the outskirts of Mazet, a small building is dedicated to sport and relaxation: a room is equipped with a rowing machine and an elliptical bike as well as a wood-heated sauna.
