Positive: It was ideal for our family and a superb location for the shops and ski slopes

Negative: The communication with the chalet company was difficult, they didn’t always respond and when they did it was curt and badly phrased. We had a few problems which could have been sorted with easy communication but as it was it became distressing caused unnecessary anxiety.
