LA VILLA :
TROPICAL offers a capacity of 8 people, perfect for a stay with family or friends.
The villa is decorated with authentic materials, wood, stone; all in an exotic atmosphere.
With its Balinese-inspired swimming pool and living room ceiling reminiscent of safari lodges, TROPICAL is an invitation to travel.
On the first floor, the living room opens onto a large outdoor terrace overlooking the ocean. In extension of the living room, you will also find the fully equipped and easy to use American kitchen. For always more conviviality, a beautiful dining table, made of wood offers itself ideally to delicious meals between friends.
THE NIGHT CORNER :
The night area is arranged so that everyone has their own space.
Located on the first floor, TROPICAL has 4 bedrooms.
The first one is a charming master suite with dressing room and adjoining bathroom. Two other bedrooms share a second beautiful bathroom with bathtub. Finally, the last double bedroom has a bathroom with shower. The rooms directly overlook the Balinese-style pool; what could be better than a dip in the morning?

WHAT WE LOVE:
Special mention for the proximity of this house to downtown Bidart; quick access to Biarritz, as well as the beautiful beaches of the Basque Coast. We also love the sea view from the terrace. To note, the terrace also overhangs the road.
Be careful, the traffic can be noisy during the return from the beach in summer. There are always disadvantages if you want to be located near the beaches of Biarritz and Bidart!
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT CONDITIONS
Generally speaking travellers can check-in from 4PM-7PM and check-out from 8AM-10AM. Late check-ins can be arranged with our Concierges. For any check-ins or check-outs before 8am and after 8pm, an extra fee will be applied:
From 7pm to 10 pm - €50
From 10 pm to Midnight - €80
From Midnight to 6 am - €120
From 6am to 8am - 80€
