The villa of 220 m2 consists of 3 bedrooms (1 bed in 160, 1 bed in 140, 1 bed in 180 separable) with 2 bathrooms and 2 WC, a large living room of 50 m2, a living / dining room with American kitchen, then an adjoining studio with a living room and a bedroom (separable 180 bed) and a shower room with WC. The house has a covered terrace for lunch, a 12x5 swimming pool protected by an alarm with its 45 m2 pool house equipped with a kitchenette, several terraces with various garden furniture, a Webber gas barbecue, outdoor parking spaces. WIFI equipment, TV, HIFI, DVD, very good kitchen equipment, Nespresso coffee machine, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher.
