The very calm and non-terraced villa is located in a back alley, it has a surface of 110 m² and extends over 500 m² of landscaped land, fully fenced. It is composed of a large living / dining room with TV, a fitted American kitchen, 2 bedrooms (bedroom 1: 1 160 cm bed with TV and bedroom 2: 2 90 cm beds), a mezzanine ( with BZ for 2 additional beds), a bathroom (with shower); an independent WC and it has a terrace of 50 M². The garden is completely wooded. Possibility to have 2 more beds in the living room (sofa convertible into a real bed). All bedding is new. All linens are provided at no extra charge.
