3 Bedroom Villa in Anglet
The Beach House is our detached house, OCEAN VIEW, of 120m2 bordered by its garden, built in 2016 in the heart of the private residence "Perspective Océane". It is ideally located between La Chambre d'Amour and Chiberta.
The house represents the perfect place for families coming to seek peace and relaxation at 200m (two minutes on foot!) from Marinella beach.
We just installed in March 2018 a wooden SPA (Jacuzzi) (Redcedar), on the terrace facing the sea, whose capacity is 8-10 people, I have not had time to take photos !!
Welcome to the Basque Country!
From the main entrance, you enter the large living room (40m2) with on one side a teak table and eight chairs for your convivial and tasteful moments, on the other, the very comfortable living room with:
large sofa and two armchairs, coffee table, large screen HD TV, Bouygues Telecom box giving access to many channels with the NETFLIX subscription, Apple TV allowing you to connect your smartphone or tablet to TV. Wi-Fi internet access, DVD, many books and board games for everyone as well as a "real" table football! are at your disposal and will enhance your moments of relaxation.
A scanner printer connected by WIFI is also present.
The HIFI is provided by a La Boite Concept Bluetooth speaker, combining design and efficiency, as well as a Bose Bluetooth wireless speaker.
The large picture window in the living room separates you from the terrace (25m2) and the garden for access to the outside with direct views of the Ocean. (Note that the ocean view concerns the kitchen, the living room and the master bedroom!)
You will find on the large terrace a Teak garden table with its chairs, a parasol, 1 large double sun lounger and 2 "simple" sun loungers, a gas plancha with trolley, we also put a heating parasol at your disposal .
The kitchen, ocean view, with a wooden table and 4 chairs, modern and fully equipped: ceramic hob, wall extractor hood, traditional pyrolysis oven, microwave oven, integrated dishwasher, integrated fridge-freezer, blender sink, Nespresso and American coffee machine, toaster, kettle, table vacuum cleaner.
The utility room, adjoining the kitchen, with washing machine and dryer. Without forgetting the iron and an ironing board.
The sleeping area consists of 3 bedrooms and is organized as follows:
- The master bedroom (15m2), ocean view, with a queen size bed in 160, HD TV with Freeview channels + DVD player, private bathroom with a walk-in shower, two sinks, heated towel rail and access to the terrace.
- A room dedicated to children (12m2) with 3 single beds: 2 bunk beds, 1 pull-out bed, large dressing room and access to the terrace.
- A guest bedroom (14m2) with a queen size bed in 160 with a large dressing room and a convertible fireside chair for an extra bed.
- An independent shared bathroom with a shower / bath, two sinks and a towel dryer.
- Two separate toilets.
- Linen including bath towels, kitchen linen and bedding included.
- Baby equipment: a travel cot (mattress with waterproof mattress cover and bedding provided) and a high chair.
- Private concierge and laundry service.
- Three private parking spaces, n ° 49, n ° 50 and in front of the house garage door.
- Bike storage available in the residence.
- Sorry, the owners do not accept pets.
- The house is entirely non-smoking.
