This charming villa, nestled in a quiet area is ideal for family vacations, a weekend with friends or a professional seminar, come and enjoy the charm of Provence in this beautiful furnished villa of 250 m², between Maussane, Saint Rémy and les Baux de Provence. On the program, barbecue and swimming pool for the most courageous, hikes in the olive trees, cultural visits or museums for others. It is composed of 6 bedrooms with 1 shower room and 2 bathrooms, 3 of which are on the first floor, a large living room with a living room equipped with a wood stove to spend winter evenings by the fire, a dining area, all overlooking an open kitchen and fitted. The magnificent grounds of 2,400 m² with a view of the surrounding nature are laid out with several relaxation areas to enjoy the beautiful summer days. The swimming pool of 8 x 5 m secured by an alarm has been completely renovated for your greater comfort!

Exit cleaning and entry/exit fees not included, there will be 450€ to be paid by bank transfer before arrival - Option linen and pool towels 240 Euros / week - intermediate cleaning and linen change at the expense of the tenant and on request 200€.
