Villa Lou Muei is located next to a nature reserve and is easily accessible by car. It is possible to park behind the electric gate and from there you walk directly into the sun-drenched garden. The swimming pool, sun loungers and the various comfortable seating areas immediately put you in the holiday mood. The swimming pool can also be heated on request, which is very pleasant in the spring and autumn!
When we walk in from the garden, we enter a spacious living room with open kitchen. A large, comfortable sofa, 2 big chairs and a cozy fireplace form the sitting area where you can watch television in peace. Behind the sitting area is a large dining table for 8 people to enjoy a meal together. The kitchen itself is equipped with an induction hob (5 burners), oven, American fridge with ice maker, freezer, microwave, dishwasher and all kinds of cooking utensils. For the real cooking enthusiasts, we also find a fondue pot, wine fridge and much more equipment in the pantry! The washing machine and dryer are also located here, very practical!
The deep fryer and BBQ under the covered terrace are there to use. Enjoy the evening sun with the whole family at the spacious dining table!
Inside we also find four bedrooms and two bathrooms. The bedrooms all have patio doors to the garden. In the first bedroom, which is a bit further away from the other bedrooms namely behind the kitchen, we find a double bed and wardrobe. Next to it there’s the bathroom consisting of a bath, sink and toilet.
On the other side of the house we find the other three bedrooms. The first two bedrooms have double beds and there is even an exercise bike for the sporters! The third bedroom with bunk beds is only suitable for two children. The second bathroom consists of a shower and sink. In the hall it is a separate toilet.
All areas are on the same floor and air conditioning is provided.

Villa Lou Muei is beautifully situated, surrounded by greenery and within walking distance of a lake and nature reserve where you can take wonderful walks. In addition, the center of Le Muy is just over a kilometer from the house and there is a bakery nearby. Fréjus and the beautiful beach are only 16 kilometers away, about a 30 minute drive.

The cleaning of the house is mandatory and is € 180 per stay (this is NOT yet included in the rental price!)
Bed linen ( € 12,50 p.p.) and (bath)towels (€ 12,50 p.p.) are not included but available on request.

Pool heating is available on request in the months April, May, June, Septembre at the price of € 125 per week. If you wish to make use of this, this must be transferred to the rental agency by bank transfer before arrival.
