The outside environment is composed of a patio with sunshade and outdoor living room (table for 10 people and lounge area for 8 people). The garden has a large wooden terrace of more than 300 m² with palm trees, a sandy beach, a petanque court, two shaded lounges and a swimming pool (with alarm).
The interior, with an area of 220 square meters, is particularly pleasant in summer with its marble floor, woodwork and stone walls.
The first floor consists of a bright living room with a view of the sea, a 10-seat sofa and a big screen Tv with stereo system.
It also has two double bedrooms (two queen size beds) with private bathroom, and also a third bedroom (queen size sofa bed)
To the right of the entrance, the living room with an oval table in Carrara marble can accommodate 8 people.
The fully equipped kitchen is very functional (electronic opening by simple pressure for the upper cupboards), opening on the pantry and a laundry room with many storage spaces and a second fridge for cold drinks.

The master suite opens onto a 25 square meter terrace with outdoor furniture.
The room is composed of a king size bed with a flat screen television and a large dressing room. The bathroom has a bathtub, Italian shower and toilet.
From the terrace, you can also access the tower of the villa which offers a magnificent 180 degree view on the sea. This room is ideal for yoga sessions, massages or work.
The villa is equipped with wifi and a security system also present in the garage.
