Villa Mon Rêve is een prachtige, luxe en ruime villa in het prachtige Provence en op loopafstand (750m) van het sfeervolle centrum van Salernes met haar winkels, terrassen en restaurants. De villa is in 2015 opgeleverd en door ons op 15 december 2021 gekocht, waarmee onze droom werkelijkheid werd. De villa beschikt over ruime parkeergelegenheden op eigen omheind terrein (1860 m2), diverse zon- en schaduwterrassen en een groot terras op het zuiden met een fraai uitzicht over de vallei en een groot verwarmbaar zwembad van 9.60 x 4,65 meter.
De villa (215 m2) heeft een ruime sfeervolle living met een comfortabele zithoek en een ruime eettafel. Een flatscreen TV , satellietontvanger voor Nederlandse zenders, DVD speler en supersnel glasvezel internet en Wifi ontbreken uiteraard niet. De living met openslaande deuren grenst aan twee overdekte terrassen. De ruime en zeer complete keuken bevindt zich in het verlengde van de living en kijkt mooi uit naar het deels overdekte terras en zwembad welke direct door de openslaande deuren bereikbaar zijn. De compleet uitgeruste keuken beschikt o.a. over alle voorzieningen zoals een gaskookplaat, oven/grill, magnetron, Amerikaanse koelvrieskast met ijsblokkendispenser, vaatwasmachine, broodrooster, waterkoker, tosti/wafelijzer, koffiezetapparaat, Nespresso, blender en allerlei keukengerei.
Op de begane grond, niveau living, bevindt zich een luxe en royale masterbedroom met een tweepersoons boxspring (210 x 180 cm) met aangrenzend een royale walk- in closet en een en-suite badkamer met bad , douche, toilet en dubbele wastafels. De openslaande tuindeuren naar het terras en zwembad maken het mogelijk om in de ochtend een duik in het zwembad te nemen.
Verder bevinden zich op de begane grond een separate gastentoilet en een buanderie met wasmachine en droger.
Op de 1e verdieping zijn er twee slaapkamers met een tweepersoonsbed (200 x 180) en een slaapkamer/kantoorruimte met een éénpersoons slaapbank of kinderbed en bureau. Verder is er nog een grote badkamer met ligbad, douche en dubbele wastafels en een kleinere badkamer met douche en badmeubel.
Op alle slaapkamers staan royale kledingkasten.
Buiten
De villa staat op een ruim terrein van 1860 m2 en biedt veel privacy en is volledig omheind. Er is meer dan voldoende parkeergelegenheid.
Vanuit de living, keuken en slaapkamer komt u via openslaande deuren op de overdekte terrassen met een royaal privé zwembad met bain romain, verwarmbaar in de lente en herfst en voorzien van een beveiligd/afgedekt elektrisch bedienbaar dek. Op het terras grenzend aan de keuken is een ruime gezellige eettafel om heerlijk te eten in de buitenlucht en te genieten van een mooi ontbijt. Voor een gezellige en uitgebreide barbecue staat er een professionele Boretti gasbarbeque. Rond het zwembad en op de terrassen staan diverse loungesets en ligbedden om heerlijk te ontspannen.
Kortom een zeer luxe en comfortabele villa voor een uitstekende en ontspannen vakantie.
