Beautiful, modern new construction vacation apartments in Nice with south-facing terrace in an absolutely quiet location. Only 700 m from the beach of the Promenade des Anglais.

The new building is located in an absolutely quiet cul-de-sac and has 5 almost identical ultra-modern apartments with private south-facing terrace.

This offers the possibility to travel with friends or family and still have its intimacy.

Our studio Elisa 2 has on 32 m² everything you need for daily use and offers enough space for 2 adults + max. 2 children or max. 3 adults. We don not rent for 4 adults so please don't send us requests for 4 adults..

Our studio is very bright, with fully equipped kitchen and ultra-modern bathroom with shower. There is a double sofa bed (1.40 m x 2.00 m) for 2 people and an open gallery with a double bed, plus wardrobes and dining table with chairs. It also has a quiet south-facing terrace. Of course, our studio is equipped with air conditioning, internet (WLan) and electric external blinds.

In the kitchen you will find a microwave, washing machine, fridge with freezer, coffee maker etc.

From our studio you can reach the beach of the Promenade des Anglais in 6-7 minutes by foot or by bus (bus stop 30m away). You will find a baker in 50m distance, supermarket, pharmacy, butcher, restaurants etc. in 400m distance.

As far as the final cleaning is concerned, we leave it up to our guests to decide whether they would like us to do it for them (€50.00) or whether they would rather do it themselves. In any case, the final cleaning must be paid upon arrival and will be refunded to guests who wish to do it themselves, on the day of departure, if the apartment is left in the same condition, that is, in absolutely perfect condition, as it was upon arrival. (allow approximately 1.5 hrs for this).

In case it is important to you to be personally received/separated on site outside our business hours, please read the following regulation:
Arrival from 14.00 - 18.00 (Monday to Saturday). Departure from 08.00. We will not be able to receive/farewell you after 18.00 or before 08.00 and on Sundays/holidays. (We have a concierge service for this, who will receive/see you off between 18:00 and 20:00 for an extra charge of 30.00 euros, between 20:00 and 22:00 for 50.00 euros, if you depart before 08:00 30.00 euros and arrive and depart on Sunday/holiday 30.00 euros each). Arrival after 22:00 only in exceptional cases 70,00 Euro.

Please note that we do not have private parking and that is strictly forbidden to park in front of the house, these places are private. You can park in the surrounding streets (some with costs and some free of charge).

The guest leaves the apartment in a clean and tidy condition, even if he booked the FINAL cleaning.
