This magnificent 19th century property, close to Valbonne and Grasse, sits on a stunning olive grove of 18,000sqm. It comprises an authentic Bastide of 340 sqm, an independent guest house, and a large swimming pool with a pool house. The interior has been completely renovated while keeping the Provencal style.
The Bastide offers a clear view of the hills and the countryside with an East, South and West exposure.
The property dates back to 1895 and it’s named after Marie-Francoise Romaine, Princess of Savoy and her husband His Royal Highness Louis Charles, Prince of Bourbon-Parme.
It has a mature garden with a huge range of Provençal plants, flowers and a hundred olive trees. To access the large pool you can enjoy a walk in a fabulous rose garden.
The interior has been completely renovated while keeping the Provencal style.
