House of 200 m2 all air-conditioned, without vis-à-vis, with beautiful protected pool (if necessary), small pool for children, very nice summer kitchen with plancha, fridge.
In the back, a play area for children with trampoline and mini football cages. Two rooms with SDB, a parental suite with SDB and dressing. A large kitchen-dining room with all the necessary household appliances (American fridge, dishwasher ...) Cellar with shower, washing machine and dryer ... three toilets.
A large comfortable lounge with OLED TV 65 '', Freebox and Canal +, contemporary fireplace.
One floor with library, bedroom / suite, toilet, walk-in shower and terrace. Finally, on the ground floor, the sleeping area with 2 bedrooms including the master suite and 3rd bathroom. The house is open everywhere on the outside (windows with brick partition ...).
Outside, access to a wood classified by a gate leading to the village through the vineyards. Private parking (automatic gate) for cars in the shade. The house is close to all shops, supermarkets, the terminus of the tram (Montpellier center, 15 minutes, beaches 20 min). We can either stay in the comfort and calm of the house, or very quickly go to the beaches, woods and surrounding tourist places.
