There are two large bedrooms on the first floor (with a king and a queen sized bed) and a third bedroom on the second floor. There are two bathrooms with bath and shower and additionally an separate toilet. There is also a large garage and a cellar as well as air conditioning throughout. All mod-cons are also provided including television / DVD, wifi, washing machine, etc.
La Gaude is ideally located in a quiet and calm area with easy access to the countryside, the vibrant city of Nice and the beaches. There are plenty of local businesses nearby to cater for everyday needs and a multitude of interesting places and activities on the doorstep. Located in the hills behind Nice with great views of the coast and mountains alike, La Gaude is very near to Vence and St. Paul de Vence, both beautiful town renowned for their artistic culture, the Maeght Art Foundation and festivals. Cannes, the Cap d´Antibes and Antibes with the Marineland waterpark are easily accessible, as is Monaco.
