A very warm welcome to our beautiful cottage, a much loved property near the village of Callian. The property is also a short drive from the Lac de Saint-Cassien. The nearest airport is Nice and the major cities, towns and beaches around Fréjus and Cannes. In the other direction you can also enjoy a visit to the mountains.
Composing of 2 bedrooms, plenty of space for socialising plus flexible accommodation, this cottage makes the perfect holiday home for a group or special family gathering. Everything about this property has been well thought through to create a relaxed and luxurious feeling.
As a self-catering cottage, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.The kitchen has a hob, an oven, a kettle, a fridge/freezer and a microwave, The kitchen is well equipped and includes a cafetière and Tassimo coffee machine, iron and ironing board
The cottage is a perfect place to relax and offers a smart television, internet access, air conditioning, private garden and balcony.There are table tennis tables ,boules courts, two outdoor swimming pools, indoor pool and a small gym on site. In the village of Callian you will also find tennis courts. During the summer, evening entertainment is provided at no cost as well as a children’s club for a supplement.
This cottage has 2 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 4. In the first bedroom, you will find a double bed. The second bedroom contains bunk beds. There is also a double sofa bed. There is a downstairs cloakroom and separate WC upstairs with a bathroom with bath and shower. Cots, children’s chairs safety gates are available on request as well as extra services such as pet sitting, cleaning and laundry. Beds are made on arrival with fresh towels and cleaning at check in and check out.
There are a wide range of supermarkets and restaurants a short drive away. A pool snack bar and restaurant is open on site during the spring and summer. There is a launderette on site although the one next to Intermarché is recommended. A visit to local markets and festivals throughout the year is also recommended. A car is essential to make the most of your stay.

- Beds will be made on arrival and basic items provided.

- BBQ's are not permitted at the residence as well as ball games, especially near to windows and cars.
- There are free parking facilities available at the property as well as access to the underground car park.
- Table tennis Boules available all year round and equipment can be hired or bought locally. There is also a tennis court in the village of Callian.
- Pools, gym and spa closed from the 26th of October until mid April. Public swimming pools are open locally out of season. The nearest are in Peymeinade or Grasse.
