Summary: The house is a great location, and we had a wonderful time exploring Marseillan and surrounding area but there were a few maintenance issues with the house. The pool is fantastic (standing depth for adults the whole way) and fenced, although one of the gates didn’t lock properly so was able to be pushed open by the kids.Great number of bathrooms and bedrooms for our party of 11 so we had plenty of space.Really well equipped kitchen with lots of crockery, utensils and cleaning products. And lots of essentials in the cupboard.The house wasn’t particularly well cleaned when we arrived but a pool man came twice to maintain the pool. The basement rooms all had a musty smell and the shower didn’t drain properly.Aircon in two of the bedrooms didn’t work but there were freestanding fans so it wasn’t too much of an issue.The outside decking area needs to be fixed or replaced as it has dangerous holes in it that were covered with mats, and splintered in places with nails sticking out.
